Oren Drath: Cicero Managing Member

Cicero is headed by Oren Drath, a qualified Industrial Engineer with more than 20 years of management consulting experience gained across a range of industries both in South Africa and the United Kingdom. Oren brings extensive business advisory, executive change facilitation, business design and programme & project delivery experience in financial services (life insurance, short-term insurance, retail banking and provident fund administration), with further experience in electricity utility, telecoms and manufacturing. His passion is to find ways to improve business performance and customer experience, focusing on operating model, people, processes, technology, knowledge and culture as levers for sustainable business change. Much of his work is centred around organisational transformation, operational excellence and customer-centric process improvement.
